Don’t waste your money on hardware store rope I bought these ropes for a baby swing, I couldn’t find anything in local hardware stores with a super high weight limit and I wanted the safest products I could buy. They were so inexpensive I was dubious but they seem to be great quality and so far so good on the swing. Very fast shipping for this person who’s accustomed to Amazon 2-day shipping, ha. I have a ton of rope now but if I ever need more I’ll be back for it.

Great customer service Great customer service. I was called and emailed to verify my order. They explained that they wanted to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I needed to add length to my rope order to accommodate the eye splices. Had they not called, my ropes would have been shorter than expected.

Buyer Beware Beware! Returns are slapped with a 30% Restocking Fee! In the day that shipping is free and returns are free, this company is still living in the past! You are also required to pay for postage for all returns! For those reasons, I will never be a customer nor recommend this company until new young owners take over and get with the times!

Great quality rope Great quality rope! I had a custom rope length made for saddle hunting and am very happy. Although the order was very transparently backordered, I received it well ahead of my expectation. As an arborist, I am extremely critical with the inspections of my life safety equipment and this is high quality equipment right down to the perfect splice! I will definitely order from here again.
