Buyer Beware Beware! Returns are slapped with a 30% Restocking Fee! In the day that shipping is free and returns are free, this company is still living in the past! You are also required to pay for postage for all returns! For those reasons, I will never be a customer nor recommend this company until new young owners take over and get with the times!

Great company I’ve ordered the same rope before and was pleased again with the quality. The Customer Service department told me when I ordered that the rope was out of stock, but would be available in a few weeks, and asked if I would be okay waiting. I especially appreciated their professional and concern for my order because it was very small. Another company probably wouldn’t have given it the same level of care.
