No problem with service at all No problem with service at all, but I found the nylon rope to be very loosely woven compared to UK rope. I did a number of eye splices and the individual strands that make up the three strands also loose. The profile of the rope is very knobbly compared to the cylinder shape I prefer.

Rope and custom loop stitching The rope and stitching work were both top notch. Customer service was excellent as well. I had few questions on my order and they were answered promptly and accurately. My order was custom and was shipped within a week. I was very pleased overall.

Great information source Fast! Easy to use website. Great information available that is easy to navigate. They did screw up my order but quickly returned portion of cost related to it.

Buyer Beware Beware! Returns are slapped with a 30% Restocking Fee! In the day that shipping is free and returns are free, this company is still living in the past! You are also required to pay for postage for all returns! For those reasons, I will never be a customer nor recommend this company until new young owners take over and get with the times!

Great grab bag of rope Fast service, delivered on time and packaged well for the trip. The Arborist Rope grab bag is awesome! I received four types of rope and all four were greater than thirty feet. The static rope will be a lanyard/short climber for canopy work. The rigging rope will be some type of sling maybe even a big loopie and another basal anchor. This winter I can work on splicing skill and not worry about messing up expensive hanks of rope. I am excited about learning/using something new that I probably would not have bought otherwise. Almost like an early Christmas gift! If you love knots and the feel of quality rope in your hands this bag is GREAT!
