Although the order was very transparently backordered, I received it well ahead of my expectation. As an arborist, I am extremely critical with the inspections of my life safety equipment and this is high quality equipment right down to the perfect splice! I will definitely order from here again.

Great company I’ve ordered the same rope before and was pleased again with the quality. The Customer Service department told me when I ordered that the rope was out of stock, but would be available in a few weeks, and asked if I would be okay waiting. I especially appreciated their professional and concern for my order because it was very small. Another company probably wouldn’t have given it the same level of care.
