GBI had an issue with a Firstess CT 2050… I had an issue with a Firstess CT 2050 so I contacted yes welder support. Their support rep Raymond responded within 24 hrs. everytime I responded. After going back and forth an various occasions he helped me resolve my issue I had. I'm very appreciative for their customer service. I highly recommend their product. They have great warranty and customer support service.

CAWe bought a plasma cutter that… We bought a plasma cutter that unfortunately had a manufacturing failure. The customer service rep was quick to help. They asked for a detailed account of what happened and what checks we did to ensure it wasn't user error. We submitted the details with pictures and they responded really quick with resolution.
