USMy second experience with support This is my second experience with Yeswelder support and it was as positive as the first. In this instance I couldn't get the machine (YWA-160) to switch from stick to TIG. I notified support and Ana came through once again. Turns out the instructions in the manual were incorrect; she got me squared away, all is good now and she also promised to get the manual corrected. Yeswelder is batting a thousand with me.

USDog ate my adapter Second purchase with YW, more than pleased. I had an issue with unboxing my most recent welder, when I left the welder and contents on the floor. My dog decided to chew through the 110/220 adapter cord. Emailed them asking for a link to purchase a new adapter, and they sent me a new one without even asking a question. Great company and customer service.
