I accidentally bought the wrong welder… I accidentally bought the wrong welder and I got ahold of customer service and Ana was great to work with on it. I had to return it because they don't do exchanges which is fine. Most companies are doing that. Did my return and purchase the correct welder I needed. Even though it was my mistake they were great to work with. Thanks Ana!

First class customer service Love this plasma cutter. I did have an issue with the blowback start. Contacted Yeswelder’s customer support. A tech by the name of Raymond had me troubleshoot a few things with a multimeter and ultimately ended up sending me a brand new unit. I could not be happier with their customer service.

I ordered a welding hood from yeswelder… I ordered a welding hood from yeswelder and some how it got lost in shipping. I reached out to yes welding about the issue and they sent me another one which made it to me. I am very happy with the customer service and how they resolved the issue. I am also very happy with the product I bought. The welding auto darkening hood works great. The details and graphics on the hood is awesome. I would refer yes welder to anyone that needs welding supplies.

Broken goggles Recently bought a set of autodarkening goggles, when I opened the box the lense was shattered. I wrote an email to customer service about the issue and promptly got a response from Anna who was very fast and helpful at getting this issue resolved.
