Welding Helmet Price - Customer Service Experience I purchased a welding helmet and the next day noticed that the price changed significantly. There was no obvious reason for it so I emailed customer support to inquire. Support was quick to respond (next-day) and Ana (Yeswelder Support) was superb in making it right. This is my 2nd support experience and nothing but professionalism from Yeswelder!

Dog ate my adapter Second purchase with YW, more than pleased. I had an issue with unboxing my most recent welder, when I left the welder and contents on the floor. My dog decided to chew through the 110/220 adapter cord. Emailed them asking for a link to purchase a new adapter, and they sent me a new one without even asking a question. Great company and customer service.

My second experience with support This is my second experience with Yeswelder support and it was as positive as the first. In this instance I couldn't get the machine (YWA-160) to switch from stick to TIG. I notified support and Ana came through once again. Turns out the instructions in the manual were incorrect; she got me squared away, all is good now and she also promised to get the manual corrected. Yeswelder is batting a thousand with me.
