USFirst class customer service Love this plasma cutter. I did have an issue with the blowback start. Contacted Yeswelder’s customer support. A tech by the name of Raymond had me troubleshoot a few things with a multimeter and ultimately ended up sending me a brand new unit. I could not be happier with their customer service.

CAWe bought a plasma cutter that… We bought a plasma cutter that unfortunately had a manufacturing failure. The customer service rep was quick to help. They asked for a detailed account of what happened and what checks we did to ensure it wasn't user error. We submitted the details with pictures and they responded really quick with resolution. We are very pleased with the service as well as the product. The rep was polite and to the point. Thanks for all the help. We will be recommending this company and it's product to our friends and family.

USI accidentally bought the wrong welder… I accidentally bought the wrong welder and I got ahold of customer service and Ana was great to work with on it. I had to return it because they don't do exchanges which is fine. Most companies are doing that. Did my return and purchase the correct welder I needed. Even though it was my mistake they were great to work with. Thanks Ana!

USI noticed my foot pedal wasn't working… I noticed my foot pedal wasn't working and Ana was super helpful in getting a replacement sent out ASAP. Very happy with my experience!
