Terrible Experience This has been one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with a service provider. It has been problem after problem from the start. It’s frankly startling how many errors, mistakes, and issues have arisen. We are 2 very busy attorneys who have now wasted countless hours dealing with what should have been such a simple process. Stuck it out until everything worked properly! Great customer service! Rick from Bay Alarm was nothing but professional, friendly and also very knowledgeable. We had some issues with the scheduling portion of the system, plus some hardware failure that required him to come back multiple times. He stayed on it and came back several times until everything was working right and we were satisfied. I appreciate his perseverance and always positive attitude. Ai Phone system upgrade The technician Jose who installed our new Ai Phone system did an excellent job. He was patient and his attention to detail was much appreciated. I would caution that not all of Bay Alarms techs are of the same caliber. I had to send one home because his attitude did not fit our friendly work environment. Other than that, I am really pleased with the results

Installer George Castanon did an… Installer George Castanon did an excellent job installing and coming back and working on system until our problem was fixed. Marc Alesio that signed me up knew how desperate I was to get system installed and got it put in before my scheduled date. Both men provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond what is normally provided by a company. You are lucky to have them working for you.

We had a new Bay Alarm security system… We had a new Bay Alarm security system installed today at our place of business in Martinez. We replaced our old Sonitrol system that was outdated. Both Abdul and Vahid were absolutely great! They arrived on time, were very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Both were able to answer all our questions as they walked us through the easy-to-use app. They made sure we were comfortable with operating our new system before they left.
