Satisfied customer support experience. I ordered 3 filters for our Fridge. Only one came. I wrote to customer support asking about the rest of the shipment showing the order for 3. They sent 2 more shortly thereafter. Was very glad they delivered as promised. I appreciate companies who respond to the customers communications promptly.

Nice well made product. Poor (non-existent) customer support Here is the exact text sent to Glacier: Today I set up my new GF-RVWS001 which was purchased thru Amazon. I was a disappointed about a couple of things. I noticed the main cap was sitting a bit crooked. After struggling to remove it I found it was cross threaded. Once put on correctly it seems to seal. The 6001 fitting was missing the black O-Ring. I was able to use one I had on hand. The 6002 fitting was missing the small white O-Ring. I was able to repurpose the one from the 6003 fitting. Collectively these deficiencies make me wonder if I am the first owner of this unit. Here is their response: Hello. When I replied with a screenshot showing Amazon directing me to the Glacier website I received the following response: Hi, In this case,you could contact with the AMAZON front desk for help. Thank you for your understanding. Disappointing, I will reach out to Amazon for further help.

Excellent price, too soon to say about quality Excellent price, product seems fine. Time will tell how well this unauthorized replacement filter works, but it was soooo much cheaper than the official LG fridge water filter that I figured I'd give it a shot. I appreciate that it's NSF certified as a carbon filter. Product arrived two weeks after I ordered, which was mildly annoying but not really a problem.

Excellent customer service I ordered refrigerator water filters from Glacier Fresh after checking the internet and liking their deals. Soon after I realized I had ordered the wrong filters. I sent a email to customer support and told them what happened, and please cancel. I got a response within 24hr and was relieved to know they could modify my order and send the wright filters.
