I was a dunce and hastily purchased the wrong filters and customer service helped me straighten the whole mess out and find the filters ai needed. I love the price point of these filters and they work well with my SubZero refrigerator. Yay Glacier!!

My replacement filters At first when my package arrived I was very skeptical on the name Glacier Fresh. I had never heard of this company before, but when we installed both filters, we were pleasantly surprised how easy it was. Not only that, they work terrific and filters both designed to fit perfectly. We are very pleased with this company and the products they offer.

I contacted customer service to ask… I contacted customer service to ask tracking questions about my package and they were prompt and helpful. The product was received in good condition and is exactly what I ordered. The price of the product is much more affordable than one purchased from Whirlpool. I recommend Glacier Fresh for all your filter needs.

Sodamaker The soda maker finally arrived. However, it didn't get the water cold, which is the only reason we purchased it. Cost us $42 to ship back, which was not refunded and there was an undisclosed currency conversion fee that was also not refunded.

The Extra Mile I stupidly failed to look at the filter in my refrigerator and ordered a type that was in an earlier machine I had. I only realized this when I was ready to install the new filter. Typically one would expect to send them back, get the correct ones, and pay a restocking fee. Not at all. They had me take a picture of my existing filter - that clearly showed the correct part number and sent me new filters that were correct. They didn't even want the old ones back!
