It's the Price i have only been using the filter for a couple of weeks but, as best I can tell from this brief experience, it works as well as the expensive brand recommended by the refrigerator manufacturer at a quarter of the price. (I'll know more in 6 months time.)

My replacement filters At first when my package arrived I was very skeptical on the name Glacier Fresh. I had never heard of this company before, but when we installed both filters, we were pleasantly surprised how easy it was.
