The product was received in good condition and is exactly what I ordered. The price of the product is much more affordable than one purchased from Whirlpool. Sodamaker The soda maker finally arrived. However, it didn't get the water cold, which is the only reason we purchased it. Cost us $42 to ship back, which was not refunded and there was an undisclosed currency conversion fee that was also not refunded.

Glacier Fresh filters are fantastic! Glacier Fresh filters are less expensive than their competitors. Our order was shipped almost immediately after being placed and we received it promptly. This is one of the few vendors who have ever contacted us directly to make sure we got what we ordered. Only then did they request we complete a survey. This company is now THE company from whom we will buy our filters.

It's the Price i have only been using the filter for a couple of weeks but, as best I can tell from this brief experience, it works as well as the expensive brand recommended by the refrigerator manufacturer at a quarter of the price. (I'll know more in 6 months time.)
