Very Pleased I was looking for new filters for myself and as a gift. I found the filters I needed and placed the order. I received the filters in a reasonable amount of time. When I oped the order I found that there was an extra filter sent. I contacted customer support to about the extra filter and was told to keep it as a gift seeing it was shipped in error. I must say from ordering to getting filters and contacting customer support all went well and I was very pleased.

The Extra Mile I stupidly failed to look at the filter in my refrigerator and ordered a type that was in an earlier machine I had. I only realized this when I was ready to install the new filter. Typically one would expect to send them back, get the correct ones, and pay a restocking fee. Not at all. They had me take a picture of my existing filter - that clearly showed the correct part number and sent me new filters that were correct. They didn't even want the old ones back!

Glacier Fresh filters are fantastic! Glacier Fresh filters are less expensive than their competitors. Our order was shipped almost immediately after being placed and we received it promptly. This is one of the few vendors who have ever contacted us directly to make sure we got what we ordered. Only then did they request we complete a survey. This company is now THE company from whom we will buy our filters.

Although they were back ordered they still arrived quickly and the staff kept me informed throughout and gave me the option to cancel or order an alternate. Very keen price, good service and quick delivery. Definitely will use them for all future orders.

It's the Price i have only been using the filter for a couple of weeks but, as best I can tell from this brief experience, it works as well as the expensive brand recommended by the refrigerator manufacturer at a quarter of the price. (I'll know more in 6 months time.)
