Satisfied customer support experience. I ordered 3 filters for our Fridge. Only one came. I wrote to customer support asking about the rest of the shipment showing the order for 3. They sent 2 more shortly thereafter. Was very glad they delivered as promised. I appreciate companies who respond to the customers communications promptly.

Great Product. This is the second time purchasing these Glacier Fresh filters for my GE French door Refrigerator. They work great! I replace every 6 months so I ordered a 2 year supply and will order again. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Sodamaker The soda maker finally arrived. However, it didn't get the water cold, which is the only reason we purchased it. Cost us $42 to ship back, which was not refunded and there was an undisclosed currency conversion fee that was also not refunded.

My replacement filters At first when my package arrived I was very skeptical on the name Glacier Fresh. I had never heard of this company before, but when we installed both filters, we were pleasantly surprised how easy it was. Not only that, they work terrific and filters both designed to fit perfectly. We are very pleased with this company and the products they offer.

Nice well made product. Poor (non-existent) customer support Here is the exact text sent to Glacier: Today I set up my new GF-RVWS001 which was purchased thru Amazon. I was a disappointed about a couple of things. I noticed the main cap was sitting a bit crooked. After struggling to remove it I found it was cross threaded. Once put on correctly it seems to seal. The 6001 fitting was missing the black O-Ring. I was able to use one I had on hand. The 6002 fitting was missing the small white O-Ring. I was able to repurpose the one from the 6003 fitting. Collectively these deficiencies make me wonder if I am the first owner of this unit. Here is their response: Hello.
