The product was received in good condition and is exactly what I ordered. The price of the product is much more affordable than one purchased from Whirlpool. I recommend Glacier Fresh for all your filter needs.

Glacier Fresh filters are fantastic! Glacier Fresh filters are less expensive than their competitors. Our order was shipped almost immediately after being placed and we received it promptly. This is one of the few vendors who have ever contacted us directly to make sure we got what we ordered. Only then did they request we complete a survey. This company is now THE company from whom we will buy our filters.

I wish I would have gone directly to… I wish I would have gone directly to Glacier from the start! Not only were they cheaper than Lowe’s and Home Depot filters, they delivered within a matter of a few days. I really appreciated the check in to see if I received my product and was satisfied. Excellent customer service I ordered refrigerator water filters from Glacier Fresh after checking the internet and liking their deals. Soon after I realized I had ordered the wrong filters. I sent a email to customer support and told them what happened, and please cancel. I got a response within 24hr and was relieved to know they could modify my order and send the wright filters. Thanks to Tina at customer service for your excellent service!
