Although they were back ordered they still arrived quickly and the staff kept me informed throughout and gave me the option to cancel or order an alternate. Just received my order of six(6)… Just received my order of six(6) filters from Glacier Fresh. I just placed the order this past Monday and they already arrived today (Thursday). Also, for what Glacier Fresh charged for 6 filters, was still cheaper than purchasing 1 filter from eith Home Depot or Lowes! P.S. The shipping was also FREE.

The Extra Mile I stupidly failed to look at the filter in my refrigerator and ordered a type that was in an earlier machine I had. I only realized this when I was ready to install the new filter. Typically one would expect to send them back, get the correct ones, and pay a restocking fee. Not at all. They had me take a picture of my existing filter - that clearly showed the correct part number and sent me new filters that were correct. They didn't even want the old ones back!
