Satisfied customer support experience. I ordered 3 filters for our Fridge. Only one came. I wrote to customer support asking about the rest of the shipment showing the order for 3. Very Pleased I was looking for new filters for myself and as a gift. I found the filters I needed and placed the order. I received the filters in a reasonable amount of time. When I oped the order I found that there was an extra filter sent. I contacted customer support to about the extra filter and was told to keep it as a gift seeing it was shipped in error. I must say from ordering to getting filters and contacting customer support all went well and I was very pleased.
