GBI wish I would have gone directly to… I wish I would have gone directly to Glacier from the start! Not only were they cheaper than Lowe’s and Home Depot filters, they delivered within a matter of a few days. I really appreciated the check in to see if I received my product and was satisfied. I would have given them 10 stars if I could 😊

GBVery Pleased I was looking for new filters for myself and as a gift. I found the filters I needed and placed the order. I received the filters in a reasonable amount of time. When I oped the order I found that there was an extra filter sent. I contacted customer support to about the extra filter and was told to keep it as a gift seeing it was shipped in error. I must say from ordering to getting filters and contacting customer support all went well and I was very pleased.

GBGLACIER FRESH IS A RIP OFF On September 1st, I placed an order for PF-2 Fluoride Reduction Filters. A week later, instead of receiving the filters I ordered, I received other water filters. I sent Glacier Fresh an email message regarding the error. They apologized and asked me to send photos of the filters and packaging. I did as they requested. About a week and a half later I received a shipment. Instead of the filters I ordered, they again sent the same wrong filters. I requested a refund. They apologized again, and told me they would send me the filters I ordered. That was on September 21st. It's now October 10th. I've yet to receive a refund, or the filters I ordered.

GBOrdered filters for my refrigerator. Ordered filters for my refrigerator. Although they were back ordered they still arrived quickly and the staff kept me informed throughout and gave me the option to cancel or order an alternate. Very keen price, good service and quick delivery. Definitely will use them for all future orders.

GBExcellent customer service I ordered refrigerator water filters from Glacier Fresh after checking the internet and liking their deals. Soon after I realized I had ordered the wrong filters. I sent a email to customer support and told them what happened, and please cancel. I got a response within 24hr and was relieved to know they could modify my order and send the wright filters. Thanks to Tina at customer service for your excellent service!
