Very Pleased I was looking for new filters for myself and as a gift. I found the filters I needed and placed the order. I received the filters in a reasonable amount of time. When I oped the order I found that there was an extra filter sent. I contacted customer support to about the extra filter and was told to keep it as a gift seeing it was shipped in error. I must say from ordering to getting filters and contacting customer support all went well and I was very pleased.

Also, for what Glacier Fresh charged for 6 filters, was still cheaper than purchasing 1 filter from eith Home Depot or Lowes! P.S. The shipping was also FREE.
