I love the price point of these filters and they work well with my SubZero refrigerator. Yay Glacier!!

Excellent customer service I ordered refrigerator water filters from Glacier Fresh after checking the internet and liking their deals. Soon after I realized I had ordered the wrong filters. I sent a email to customer support and told them what happened, and please cancel. I got a response within 24hr and was relieved to know they could modify my order and send the wright filters. Thanks to Tina at customer service for your excellent service!

Satisfied customer support experience. I ordered 3 filters for our Fridge. Only one came. I wrote to customer support asking about the rest of the shipment showing the order for 3. They sent 2 more shortly thereafter. Was very glad they delivered as promised. I appreciate companies who respond to the customers communications promptly.

Very Pleased I was looking for new filters for myself and as a gift. I found the filters I needed and placed the order. I received the filters in a reasonable amount of time. When I oped the order I found that there was an extra filter sent. I contacted customer support to about the extra filter and was told to keep it as a gift seeing it was shipped in error. I must say from ordering to getting filters and contacting customer support all went well and I was very pleased.

Glacier Fresh filters are fantastic! Glacier Fresh filters are less expensive than their competitors. Our order was shipped almost immediately after being placed and we received it promptly. This is one of the few vendors who have ever contacted us directly to make sure we got what we ordered. Only then did they request we complete a survey. This company is now THE company from whom we will buy our filters.
