GBSatisfied customer support experience. I ordered 3 filters for our Fridge. Only one came. I wrote to customer support asking about the rest of the shipment showing the order for 3. They sent 2 more shortly thereafter. Was very glad they delivered as promised. I appreciate companies who respond to the customers communications promptly.

GBVery Pleased I was looking for new filters for myself and as a gift. I found the filters I needed and placed the order. I received the filters in a reasonable amount of time. When I oped the order I found that there was an extra filter sent. I contacted customer support to about the extra filter and was told to keep it as a gift seeing it was shipped in error. I must say from ordering to getting filters and contacting customer support all went well and I was very pleased.

GBSodamaker The soda maker finally arrived. However, it didn't get the water cold, which is the only reason we purchased it. Cost us $42 to ship back, which was not refunded and there was an undisclosed currency conversion fee that was also not refunded.

GBWith an error on my part my delivery… With an error on my part my delivery was delayed. They went above and beyond to get me my order. I have never had such great consideration before! I would highly recommend this company!

GBThe Extra Mile I stupidly failed to look at the filter in my refrigerator and ordered a type that was in an earlier machine I had. I only realized this when I was ready to install the new filter. Typically one would expect to send them back, get the correct ones, and pay a restocking fee. Not at all. They had me take a picture of my existing filter - that clearly showed the correct part number and sent me new filters that were correct. They didn't even want the old ones back!
