I wish I would have gone directly to… I wish I would have gone directly to Glacier from the start! Not only were they cheaper than Lowe’s and Home Depot filters, they delivered within a matter of a few days. I really appreciated the check in to see if I received my product and was satisfied. I would have given them 10 stars if I could 😊

My replacement filters At first when my package arrived I was very skeptical on the name Glacier Fresh. I had never heard of this company before, but when we installed both filters, we were pleasantly surprised how easy it was. Not only that, they work terrific and filters both designed to fit perfectly. We are very pleased with this company and the products they offer.

Glacier Fresh filters are fantastic! Glacier Fresh filters are less expensive than their competitors. Our order was shipped almost immediately after being placed and we received it promptly. This is one of the few vendors who have ever contacted us directly to make sure we got what we ordered. Only then did they request we complete a survey. This company is now THE company from whom we will buy our filters.

Just received my order of six(6)… Just received my order of six(6) filters from Glacier Fresh. I just placed the order this past Monday and they already arrived today (Thursday). Also, for what Glacier Fresh charged for 6 filters, was still cheaper than purchasing 1 filter from eith Home Depot or Lowes! P.S. The shipping was also FREE.

Excellent customer service I ordered refrigerator water filters from Glacier Fresh after checking the internet and liking their deals. Soon after I realized I had ordered the wrong filters. I sent a email to customer support and told them what happened, and please cancel. I got a response within 24hr and was relieved to know they could modify my order and send the wright filters.
