Not "overnight or 2 days" but I don't need immediate delivery if the "price is right" .... and, upon inquiry as to status/shipping/delivery date, good communication from the support dept... All good.

I purchased the wrong filters for my… I purchased the wrong filters for my refrigerator. When I requested a refund they told me they will not take them back because I made a mistake in ordering. They offered me a discount on the right filters and told me I should sell the originals on line myself. This is why I HATE buying online. Retailers cannot be held to account and you cannot touch, see and verify your purchase ahead of time. So now, I’m stuck with the wrong product. I will make all my future filter purchases at local retail stores.
