Excellent Customer Service This is the second time I have ordered from Morefilter. They always have the best price on the filters I use. This time I received a notification that my order had been delivered however I did not receive it. Apparently it was delivered to another address. When I contacted them they promptly sent out another order. They followed up to make sure I received the replacement order. Their customer service is excellent! I will continue to order from them and recommend them to anyone else looking for filters.

Beware of PayPal problems. I ordered 12 (6 at a time) fridge filters delivered to 2 different locations. My initial order could not have been better. The second was problematic. I ordered them for my Mother-in-law and wanted them delivered to a different residence. PayPay caused a delivery glitch. when I opted to use a credit card they were delivered to the right place.

Great Filters, Great Price Ordered filters for my Frigidaire fridge and the price from Morefilter was great! The order was delivered when expected and exactly what we needed. Will be buying filters from them in the future!

All good.... All good....clear info on the website allowed me to purchase 3 refrigerator filters for the price of one elsewhere...free shipping is a benefit!!! Not "overnight or 2 days" but I don't need immediate delivery if the "price is right" .... and, upon inquiry as to status/shipping/delivery date, good communication from the support dept... All good.
