Incorrect model received I ordered from fridge water filters from Morefilter before, but the second time I did the filters I received were the incorrect size. This was determined to be an error in the product model I chose. Their representative informed me it would likely cost more to return the incorrect filters and ship the correct ones than just ordering new filters. They offered instead to ship the correct filters and only charge me for shipping, having me keep the incorrect filters. This was a more than sufficient solution for me. Exceptional customer service!

Water filters I ordered 5 filters but have them the wrong address. They contacted me, I supplied the correct address and the filters were delivered on a week. Great product, great customer service!
