I purchased the wrong filters for my… I purchased the wrong filters for my refrigerator. When I requested a refund they told me they will not take them back because I made a mistake in ordering. They offered me a discount on the right filters and told me I should sell the originals on line myself. This is why I HATE buying online. Retailers cannot be held to account and you cannot touch, see and verify your purchase ahead of time. So now, I’m stuck with the wrong product. I will make all my future filter purchases at local retail stores.

Order hasn't shipped yet Ordered filters on 1/6, never received an order confirmation. Website says delivery in 2-5 working days. The delivery status of my order is pending, Fed Ex hasn't received the package yet meaning only a label was created. Seems quite suspect to me. If I receive my order within the next few days I will revise this review. Based on these other similar reviews I am not hopeful.

Thank you PLEASE PROVE ME WRONG: I have been emailing customer service for the past 2 weeks regarding an order I received. To this date no one in this company has gotten back to me. Excellent Customer Service This is the second time I have ordered from Morefilter. They always have the best price on the filters I use. This time I received a notification that my order had been delivered however I did not receive it. Apparently it was delivered to another address. When I contacted them they promptly sent out another order. They followed up to make sure I received the replacement order. Their customer service is excellent! I will continue to order from them and recommend them to anyone else looking for filters.
