Order hasn't shipped yet Ordered filters on 1/6, never received an order confirmation. Website says delivery in 2-5 working days. The delivery status of my order is pending, Fed Ex hasn't received the package yet meaning only a label was created. Seems quite suspect to me. If I receive my order within the next few days I will revise this review. Based on these other similar reviews I am not hopeful.

Excellent Customer Service This is the second time I have ordered from Morefilter. They always have the best price on the filters I use. This time I received a notification that my order had been delivered however I did not receive it. Apparently it was delivered to another address. When I contacted them they promptly sent out another order. They followed up to make sure I received the replacement order. Their customer service is excellent! I will continue to order from them and recommend them to anyone else looking for filters.

Quickly replaced lost order Original shipment was lost, a replacement order was shipped and received quickly. Filters fit as expected and they are very economical if you're looking for filters that meet NSF/ANSI 42 standard (taste/color/odor). Will purchase again when needed.
