GBGood system and price, bad service Communication was great when i was shopping and looking to buy. The system works great but the bluetooth disconnects weekly. I emailed, called, left messages about 3 times a week and never received a reply. This was back in December. I just unplug it and plug it back in now too hard reset the Bluetooth. Aside from that everything else is great. Customer support is non existent unfortunately

GBDom and everyone at US Water were a… Dom and everyone at US Water were a great help starting from design to installation. My system was somewhat complicate and we and we had a tremendous amount of iron in our well that would ruin the marble tile we just put in. Tested the water numerous times and water is perfect and iron free! Thanks for all your help and would recommend US water to anyone looking for a water treatment system

GBVery happy with our Trax compact… Very happy with our Trax compact system. Replaced a Kinetico system and even with costs for some re-plumbing saved thousands. Had to make a couple calls for items missed on original shipment but overall shipping was fast and dealing over the phone was easy.

GBMini Trax installed in Motorhome I purchased a Mini Trax water softener and installed it in our Motorhome. This is a compact softener that is meant for installations in a permanent location and proved to be a challenge adapting it for our Motorhome. I spoke to technicians several times as installation issues arose and they were always extremely polite and knowledgeable. They are a model of how tech support should be. Kudos to a great team and a great company.

GBSo far so good So far so good. Josie(?) did a fine job answering questions pre-sale, getting me a decent quote, and shipping the unit quickly. Installation was easy. Not 100% sure the storage tank is filling all the way--feels light when I lift it. Also sounds like a lot of water draining right after using it. Will call customer service to see if this is normal. But seems like an excellent company and the system is working well so far.
