I installed my new US Water Aquapurion… I installed my new US Water Aquapurion 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis System a couple months ago. I set it up to filter to countertop faucet and kitchen sink and also to service my water and ice on my refrigerator. This is truly a game changer with the quality and clarity of my drinking water and ice. Fairly easy to install. Rather than installing under the sink and use up 1/2 of my storage space I chose to install it in my lower level utility room. This will make it much easier for future filter changes as needed.

Our order arrived complete, the system works great! Our order arrived complete and in perfect condition. Set-up was easy. While the online videos were very helpful, as a retired Technical writer, I did find that the instruction manual could be improved. The instructions for programming the system could be clearer as not everyone has a smartphone. The system is working very well and there has been a marked improvement in our water.

Good system and price, bad service Communication was great when i was shopping and looking to buy. The system works great but the bluetooth disconnects weekly. I emailed, called, left messages about 3 times a week and never received a reply. This was back in December. I just unplug it and plug it back in now too hard reset the Bluetooth. Aside from that everything else is great. Customer support is non existent unfortunately

Very happy with our Trax compact… Very happy with our Trax compact system. Replaced a Kinetico system and even with costs for some re-plumbing saved thousands. Had to make a couple calls for items missed on original shipment but overall shipping was fast and dealing over the phone was easy.

Bad product, terrible service Constantly breaks down due to filter housing made of cheap plastic. The membrane housing cracked and began leaking so USWS sent a replacement that was the wrong size. After bringing this to their attention they refused to believe that they could make a mistake and just chose to ignore me for weeks. I had to buy push fittings with larger threading to make their replacement part work just to have the pump fail the very next day. I spent thousands of dollars on this system and wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone because their customer support is lacking.
