Positive experience with US Water Systems I have been a US Water customer for a number of years. They are knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. Seth Timmons is one of a kind as his customer service is outstanding. He always goes above and beyond to provide help. I have purchased several RO systems and softeners from US Water and am extremely pleased.

Our order arrived complete, the system works great! Our order arrived complete and in perfect condition. Set-up was easy. While the online videos were very helpful, as a retired Technical writer, I did find that the instruction manual could be improved. The instructions for programming the system could be clearer as not everyone has a smartphone. The system is working very well and there has been a marked improvement in our water.

Top Notch Expert Support Riley not only helped us get over a water pressure issue by recommending a well pressure tank, but he also helped us troubleshoot a strange issue with the tank full float. He also helped us remedy an issue where we piped the booster pump inlet and outlet reversed. He was patient and incredibly experienced and friendly on top of it. Awesome!

Best products at best prices Best products at best prices. Always happy dealing with this company. Any questions or need help, simply call them. I was able to save a lot of money compared to other companies prices. I bought the 4.5"x20" big blue water system with the 3 canister set-up completed and ready for installation. Also with this system you need to get the refillable canisters that sit inside when using granular media. The cost here is way below anywhere else. As for shipping costs, the larger items all shipped free and the smaller orders have a cost. But this is clearly marked and always check the final order before placing the order. No surprises. Very knowledgeable staff.

Bad product, terrible service Constantly breaks down due to filter housing made of cheap plastic. The membrane housing cracked and began leaking so USWS sent a replacement that was the wrong size. After bringing this to their attention they refused to believe that they could make a mistake and just chose to ignore me for weeks. I had to buy push fittings with larger threading to make their replacement part work just to have the pump fail the very next day. I spent thousands of dollars on this system and wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone because their customer support is lacking.
