Puerdrop.com is a scam...not sure there… Puerdrop.com is a scam...not sure there the 4 star reviews are from I ordered water filters from purerdrop.com, they charged my card immed..then got a scammy unprofesssional email in broken english email with a bunch of other emails cc'd that product was discontinued and they will send out a replacement. I just disputed charge and will have to just stick to amazon

A decent experience Ordering filters was quite easy on the website and I received a shipping notification quickly however, after a few days, the item still had not shipped. A week later, without me reaching out to the seller, I received a new tracking number and then received the filters within 3 days. Overall, a decent experience.

purerdrop review purerdrop review I placed an order through their website on 11/1/2022. Purchased through paypal for the filters (to be safe since I read the reviews stating it may not be legit) but it was a good deal for 4 filters for my whirlpool refrigerator I could not pass up! tracking was sent on 11/3/2022 and I was delivered on 11/10/2022. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong refrigerator filters by mistake and they were happy to send me the correct ones for the cost of shipping. I would use them again

cloudy water Our tap water is clear and our water from the fridge was clear until a replaced the filter with a pure drop filter. I expect some air but it has been ten days and it is still cloudy and leaves a white residue when it evaporates. However, the tap water does not. is it adding something to my water? They were easy to order and came quickly and fit well but, I am going back to the expensive filters.
