I purchased through PayPal. 6 water filters and 9 air filters for my whirlpool refrigerator were a good deal. tracking was sent a few days later and my order was delivered on 12/24/2022. Puerdrop.com is a scam...not sure there… Puerdrop.com is a scam...not sure there the 4 star reviews are from I ordered water filters from purerdrop.com, they charged my card immed..then got a scammy unprofesssional email in broken english email with a bunch of other emails cc'd that product was discontinued and they will send out a replacement. I just disputed charge and will have to just stick to amazon

Sent to Billing Address instead of Shipping Address 1st order no email confirmation. They sent it to the Billing Address instead of the Shipping Address. Re-ordered as I am seasonal and needed it here. They did exactly the same thing, shipped it to the Billing Address. If you need the item at a 2nd residence do Not use this company

Great Product, Price and Service Never having ordered from PurerDrop, I wasn't sure what to expect. I can now say that they provided a great product at a great price with great customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
