Purchased through paypal for the filters (to be safe since I read the reviews stating it may not be legit) but it was a good deal for 4 filters for my whirlpool refrigerator I could not pass up! tracking was sent on 11/3/2022 and I was delivered on 11/10/2022. Highly recommended!

cloudy water Our tap water is clear and our water from the fridge was clear until a replaced the filter with a pure drop filter. I expect some air but it has been ten days and it is still cloudy and leaves a white residue when it evaporates. However, the tap water does not. is it adding something to my water? They were easy to order and came quickly and fit well but, I am going back to the expensive filters.

I purchased through PayPal. 6 water filters and 9 air filters for my whirlpool refrigerator were a good deal. tracking was sent a few days later and my order was delivered on 12/24/2022. I highly recommended it! Elmer.

Good product arriving on time I agree their website could need some polishing and the English sounds a little odd as well. Yet, the water filters arrived on time and seem to perfectly replace the original (and way more expensive) filters or those replacement filters featured by the fridge manufacturers. So thumbs up from my end. Note that the PurerDrop filters are produced in China though.

I placed my order I placed my order. They don't send a confirmation email. PayPal sent me a confirmation a label was created. After a few days it still didn't show ship so I sent the company an email. They said that it was just shipped. Then I went to confirmation and it showed it was shipped. Then a couple days later showed up all six filters I ordered. So I believe these other reviews are canceled their orders too soon. But now since it's such a new company my husband's nervous about using the filters. And we're trying to research to see this won't be bad quality water.
