I purchased through PayPal. 6 water filters and 9 air filters for my whirlpool refrigerator were a good deal. tracking was sent a few days later and my order was delivered on 12/24/2022. Sent to Billing Address instead of Shipping Address 1st order no email confirmation. They sent it to the Billing Address instead of the Shipping Address. Re-ordered as I am seasonal and needed it here. They did exactly the same thing, shipped it to the Billing Address. If you need the item at a 2nd residence do Not use this company

A great Company to do business with. I ordered and received the wrong water filter for my Whirlpool from another company. They wouldn't honor a return without a $15.00 charge. Great communication Great communication. We ended up ordering the wrong filters. We told them what had happened and they had us send them the fridge model number and they helped us find correct filters. Shipped new filters promptly, which fit and seem to be working well. Definitely planning on ordering from them again.
