GBI was nervous after reading reviews… I was nervous after reading reviews here. My credit card was immediately charged, but I did not get a confirmation email or receipt. I wrote to customer service, and after not hearing back for a few days, I decided that I was going to dispute the charge the following Monday. The filters showed up over the weekend as advertised. Customer service emailed me back in imperfect English, but was very informative with tracking info etc, and thanked me for the business. Minor negatives: - Customer service doesn't automatically contact you and is somewhat slow to respond Positives + Initially, these seem to work like the factory filters. Will monitor. + Good, straightforward customer service + Excellent price compared to factory filters As long as the filters continue to work as advertised, I'll buy from purerdrop again.

GBI placed and order for some filters for… I placed and order for some filters for my whirlpool fridge. Placed order on 01/24/2023. I didn't get any confirmation until I brought it up with PayPal and was sent a screenshot of my order. Customer service.person that emailed me said to "be patient". I got a notification a week.later.saying the label was created. Waited couple.more.days and no response from customer service regarding order update. Cancelled order on 2/5 after speaking with PayPal. I'm just glad I used paypal which allowede to get my money back from these scam artists.

GBPoor/no follow up emails After ordering the 5 filter package, I got no emails to confirm my order, no follow up on shipping and when I inquired about the status of my order, I got a “be patient” response. But I surprisingly got my order today. This company is no Amazon on shipping speed or response.

GBGreat service!! I placed an order and it was shipped out in a timely fashion. On the day we were to receive the package it was a no show. The tracking information said it was delivered to my address but it wasn’t. I waited the weekend and on the following Monday I sent a message to PurerDrop and the representative said they would promptly ship another order to my location which they did and I received. Felt very good knowing that there are companies that still know how to do great customer service!!

GBcloudy water Our tap water is clear and our water from the fridge was clear until a replaced the filter with a pure drop filter. I expect some air but it has been ten days and it is still cloudy and leaves a white residue when it evaporates. However, the tap water does not. is it adding something to my water? They were easy to order and came quickly and fit well but, I am going back to the expensive filters.
