GBTook money then….. silence I bought a fire pit Sat Jan 8th. I’ve tried to contact you numerous times via email, phone and text. I haven’t gotten a response. I would like to add a face plate but at this point in thinking about canceling my order and going elsewhere. You took my payment immediately and then disappeared. Very suspicious and I’m NOT a happy customer.

GBGreat service even during a global pandemic… During the pandemic everything was delayed for our home Reno. It was all painful. Except for our order from Direct Fire Pits. They were so personable and kept us in the loop about the delays. They would say they would touch back in 2 months and sure enough, to the date, they would touch back in. Great customer service. Not to mention that the product was awesome and the quality that we were hoping for. Would definitely buy from them again in the future.
