GBProduct on site marked as in stock, after charging CC they don't answer phone Product on site was marked as in stock July 5, 2023. Ordered product same day charged our card the next day. As of the July 13th website account show our order as unfulfilled. They don't answer phone, voice mail says mailbox full. Manufacturer says this item was discontinued. Have we been scammed? Update: I was never able to reach them by phone, voice mailbox always full, contacted my CC company and told them the issue and they finally got me a refund. I suggest if you cant reach them to order by phone then DON'T ORDER.

GBOrdered Two Cannon Mag 5 down… Ordered Two Cannon Mag 5 down riggers.Delivery says 3-5 days, download Shop App to track package. Have yet to receive a tracking number Or email. Opened shop app they also have no tracking number. Now on Day 6 emailed company three Times no response. Next step… Report to Capital One as fraud Service Sucks.

They confirmed the order, they notified me when it was shipped out. They notified me of the date and time it would arrive and the notified me the second that my package came to the door.
