USWorst customer service I’ve ever had to… Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with do not buy from these people. If you can even get them on the phone, they do not follow up and don’t respond.

USReturned an order and the company would… Returned an order and the company would not refund my money. I followed the protocol for the return. They will not respond to emails or phone calls. I have filed a claim with the BBB.

USPlaced 2 orders only received one Placed 2 orders only received one. Have sent 3 emails to them with no response. My account has been deducted over $2000 for the purchase with nothing to show or any response of what is going on.

USThey won't refund My purchase process was good. I changed my mind and returned the items to their designated addresses with their RMAs 35 days ago (tracking numbers show signed). Now the issue is that I still have NOT got any refund. The person who gave me RMA does not respond to my reminder. Yes I did followed everything as instructed
