GBDefective Product, No Customer Service I received a defective electrical power switch from NVN Marine. If installed, it would have created a dangerous connection in the Off position. NVN rep claimed that this was “impossible.” When returned according to instructions, they refused to refund my money. All attempts to rectify this were met with accusations. Extremely poor customer service. Do business with them at your own risk.

GBI mistakenly purchased the wrong item… I mistakenly purchased the wrong item and requested an RMA. I received an RMA number in May and I sent the item back. It’s now September and I have requested an update a couple of times on my credit for the returned item minus a restocking fee and have not heard back from them. I wouldn’t make a purchase from them in the future. It’s just not worth the time and expense.

GBRude and Ignorant! Rude and Ignorant! I ordered a Navigation Light from this company. After three attempts to have them follow up on a delivery they claim was delivered by UPS. Each time they were unable or most likely not interested in following up on the order which was never delivered.

GBPoor Customer Service Do not use this Company. Worst customer service ever!!! Sent back a purchase 6 weeks ago. UPS TRACKING AND DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE. Employee said it was my fault because I sent back product to NY office posted on website instead of warehouse. They lost my package and I'm currently out $900. Sent several emails and phone calls trying to resolve the problem and have been blown off over and over. They'd not care about customer service. Me and my Captians will never use this Company again.

GBThey won't refund My purchase process was good. I changed my mind and returned the items to their designated addresses with their RMAs 35 days ago (tracking numbers show signed). Now the issue is that I still have NOT got any refund. The person who gave me RMA does not respond to my reminder. Yes I did followed everything as instructed
