I mistakenly purchased the wrong item… I mistakenly purchased the wrong item and requested an RMA. I received an RMA number in May and I sent the item back. It’s now September and I have requested an update a couple of times on my credit for the returned item minus a restocking fee and have not heard back from them. I wouldn’t make a purchase from them in the future. It’s just not worth the time and expense.

Very Impressive This is review of your service and Jabsco Manual Marine Toilet Compact 29090-5000. This toilet is the best fit for small boat where space is limited. Pumping module can be turn into four positions which work well: left hand, right hand, behind toilet and in front of it. Manufacturing quality is big improvements from past versions I had years ago, definitely five stars. The price and shipping cost on the NVN site is the best, outperforming everyone else by at least $20 and as much as $130. I elected standard shipping for $9.99, package was delivered after 18 hours (YES!), definitely the bast results out of 200 shipments I had received in last several years, very impressive. Thank you.

Defective Product, No Customer Service I received a defective electrical power switch from NVN Marine. If installed, it would have created a dangerous connection in the Off position. NVN rep claimed that this was “impossible.” When returned according to instructions, they refused to refund my money. All attempts to rectify this were met with accusations. Extremely poor customer service. Do business with them at your own risk.
