Rude and Ignorant! Rude and Ignorant! I ordered a Navigation Light from this company. After three attempts to have them follow up on a delivery they claim was delivered by UPS. Each time they were unable or most likely not interested in following up on the order which was never delivered.

Opened shop app they also have no tracking number. Now on Day 6 emailed company three Times no response. Next step… Report to Capital One as fraud Service Sucks.
