They won't refund My purchase process was good. I changed my mind and returned the items to their designated addresses with their RMAs 35 days ago (tracking numbers show signed). Now the issue is that I still have NOT got any refund. The person who gave me RMA does not respond to my reminder. Yes I did followed everything as instructed

Rude and Ignorant! Rude and Ignorant! I ordered a Navigation Light from this company. After three attempts to have them follow up on a delivery they claim was delivered by UPS. Each time they were unable or most likely not interested in following up on the order which was never delivered.
