Wrong filters sent/No reply from company **EDIT** The day after leaving this review (day 6) the company reached out to me and offered to send the correct filters. Unfortunately, at this point I had already ordered filters from another company. They were very apologetic and credited my card for the purchase. I ordered a 5 pack of filters for my ice machine. They arrived quickly. However, the wrong filters were sent. I've messaged them through their website, emailed them at both the email listed on their website and the email included on my receipt. The only phone number listed is in China (even though the product shipped from California). It's been 5 days and no response! I've already filed a dispute with my credit card. Don't buy from them.

No flow Ordered 3 pack of filters (EDR2RDX1) from Amazon about 6-7 months ago, trying to be proactive and have them on hand. Just tried one of them in my Kitchenaid refrigerator. Installed one of them, but when I tried to flush it as directions indicated, No water flowed. The fridge indicated volumes dispensed, but nothing actually came through. Tried second filter with same results. Re-installed my old filter and it worked great. These filters are defective. Could not return because I had exceeded Amazon's 30 day return policy.

Water from D Filters AUG. 16, 2023 The replacement water filters I order are right ones first time order. I found this company on the web site, liked the home page and about the company. I did question they about reviews, like most reviews you don’t know who they are or from. I was using A____n and the service from D Filters very good***** I am retired (78) living in CA. Kris

Wrong filters sent… I ordered filters for my refrigerator from an ad that matched my filter number 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙖 𝙥𝙞𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝘿 𝙁𝙞𝙡𝙩𝙚𝙧’𝙨 𝙬𝙚𝙗𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙚 that matched the filter I need. What arrived were nothing like what I ordered; I emailed D Filters to explain the error. Someone named Rachel asked for my refrigerator identification information. I took a picture of the manufacturer’s id tag, along with a picture of the filter I ordered and of one of the ones D Filter sent. “Rachel” responded by saying I was sent the correct filter. A common bait and switch, in my opinion. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs!

I have had 2 orders with them UPDATE: (06/20/2023) I bought a new name brand filter and it had the same issue. A repair person came out today and informed me that the water filter housing was bad. I am waiting for a new one to be installed. Original: (06/14/2023) I have had 2 orders with them. The first order 5 of the 6 filters worked out of the box. One did not. I just started to use the second order of 6 and have gone through 3 of them - no water flow. I will check the other 3 filters to see if they work - if not I will go to the local store and buy a brand name filter for the same price as the 6 pack - but it will work out of the box.
