No response to warranty The unit was having issues after a couple months. I tried to get it fixed under the warranty but got no response. This is a while back.

Product Performs! The design is excellent. FlashSpeed 1500. Product performs! The design is excellent. It powers AC tools and pumps which is why I bought it. Don't know how it would do with my frig in a power outage. It charges very quickly. However, I do have some suggestions. Make the display brighter and/or tiltable. It is hard to read on ground level and outdoors. Make the travel case with an additional zippered front panel that provides access to the front of the unit. The sides can be mesh for airflow. This way it won't need to lifted out of the case. Provide an option to buy it with the car jumper cable and offer a 10' extension cable. Put information on how to use this output in the manual. There is none at this time. I would buy another one that is even smaller capacity provided it was significantly lighter. Weight is a necessary evil inherent with battery capacity.

Unit looks legit to me. Haven't tested the inflator and car battery charging but unit looks legit brand new. I bought the product vtoman x7 car battery boster with inflator. I am here in canada so i ordered it using their "canadian site." I tried looking for vtoman x7 on amazon canada (amazon is really good, the delivery is quick) but its not there. On amazon usa its there but its very expensive plus you need to pay shipping and or customs duties, so i ordered using their canada website to avoid such costs. I got worried at the start becuase on my credit card, the purchase city was listed as in france? Like really? If you research vtoman is based in hongkong so im confsufed. Anyway web order took about 8 days to arrive at my house via ups. Their warehouse (good kang logistics) is from ontario and they shipped it to my British columbia province. No duties paid. I open the package it looks legit brandnew. I havent tested the booster or inflator yet. Just the flashing lightm lol. It works so thats good. I tried the air inflator and its kinda noisy lol. I used the included charger to charge the unit as the manual says charge it first. Its 3 bars upon receipt but i will fully charge it. Im liking this toy, looks good and built quality is a solid 3.75/5, was it overpriced at $169? Im not sure, the noco gb75 is more expensive and it doesnt have an inflator.

Removed all my saved member points for… Removed all my saved member points for no reason, had just made a purchase, and was close to the tier for a discount. Also spent all that money on generators that won’t power the item I purchased it for (jump 1800 plus extra battery to power portable AC for camping with special needs). Disappointed and wasted my money

Pretty good product… Well so far I can't find anything wrong everything that y'all have done with this solar generator has been great with one exception and that is I don't know about the solar generator for I have not tried it yet or at least the solar panels to see how long it takes to charge so that will be in my next report otherwise everything has been top notch and I don't just say this lightly because I usually don't give feedback about anything. Y'all keep up the good work. I would also like to say that I cannot remember exactly what date that I got this so the date below may not be the exact time that I received it. I would also like to add that you cannot get an extension cord other than what comes with the product. I have tried to get extra extension cord and they said it can't be done which doesn't make any sense because one that I was going to get had a 30 ft cord to go with it so go figure. Besides that everything has been fantastic I would just like to be able to extend my solar panel farther from the generator itself.
