GBEase of Receiving Replacement for Faulty Product I purchased a product and had it only 3 months before it stopped working. It was not an inexpensive item and I had only used it 3 times. Customer service was outstanding. Emails were returned within 24 hours. Once I documented the problem a replacement was promptly sent to me. My only complaint is that the satin bag that came with the toy is smaller than the toy and is unusable. How did that happen?
