ITI bought a product from a secondary… I bought a product from a secondary site a year earlier for my girlfriend. I had neither the receipt nor the proof of purchase. I wrote to customer service for a small problem and after exchanging a few emails they sent me back the product which arrived in just a few days. It should be noted that I had only made one attempt, I was just looking for a service center to send their product to but instead they even replaced it for me. They were great. I don't think there is better customer service in the world. I thank them publicly

GBGreat customer service Our Anya model developed a fault (after almost a year of very extensive usage). Within just a few emails, a replacement model was being sent to us with no hassle nor fuss - excellent service.

SEThe Vick works wonderfully as described The Vick works wonderfully as described and promised. The delivery was timely and placed on my doorknob. Great product! Great service! My only complaint is that the satin bag that came with the toy is smaller than the toy and is unusable. How did that happen?

TRThe company that stands behind its product Since there is no service in Turkey, I wrote to the Svakom service and they mailed it to my address free of charge, saying that they would replace my defective product free of charge.
