I wrote to customer service for a small problem and after exchanging a few emails,It should be noted that I had only made one attempt, I was just looking for a service center to send their product to but instead they replaced it for me. Alex neo 2 was a terrible experience but customer service is great Alex neo 2 was a terrible experience. the sizing is small for a bit over average size. all the speed settings are too fast. seems untested. But after speaking with customer service, they where super helpful and we found an arrangement. I will be a returning customer.
