Holiday purchase that had a fault.. happy customer Bought a new toy on holiday recently that had a fault. Contacted the warranty team who were excellent. After a few emails to identify the problem, they issued me with a brand new item that just arrived. Great customer service and prompt feedback. Products are ok Products are ok, but support is terrible. Ordered a package, reached out do support due to rural hard-to-reach address. They replied once changes had been completed, however delivery address is still incorrect on carrier. Reached out to them with delivery instructions, no reply. Now, package has failed to deliver, reach out to support, and they are not available for a whole week!
