But after speaking with customer service, they where super helpful and we found an arrangement. I will be a returning customer.

I bought a product from a secondary… I bought a product from a secondary site a year earlier for my girlfriend. I had neither the receipt nor the proof of purchase. I wrote to customer service for a small problem and after exchanging a few emails they sent me back the product which arrived in just a few days. It should be noted that I had only made one attempt, I was just looking for a service center to send their product to but instead they even replaced it for me. They were great. I don't think there is better customer service in the world. I thank them publicly

The company that stands behind its product Since there is no service in Turkey, I wrote to the Svakom service and they mailed it to my address free of charge, saying that they would replace my defective product free of charge. Easy, fast No problem at all! Shopping experience was flawless. Just choose what I want, add to cart, fill the address and in 2 week got my parcel from UPS courier. I wish every online shop be this problem-less.
