GBEase of Receiving Replacement for Faulty Product I purchased a product and had it only 3 months before it stopped working. It was not an inexpensive item and I had only used it 3 times. Customer service was outstanding. Emails were returned within 24 hours. Once I documented the problem a replacement was promptly sent to me. I commend this company for how it handles its customer service

TRThe company that stands behind its product Since there is no service in Turkey, I wrote to the Svakom service and they mailed it to my address free of charge, saying that they would replace my defective product free of charge. ESProducts are ok Products are ok, but support is terrible. Ordered a package, reached out do support due to rural hard-to-reach address. They replied once changes had been completed, however delivery address is still incorrect on carrier. Reached out to them with delivery instructions, no reply. Now, package has failed to deliver, reach out to support, and they are not available for a whole week!

IEHoliday purchase that had a fault.. happy customer Bought a new toy on holiday recently that had a fault. Contacted the warranty team who were excellent. After a few emails to identify the problem, they issued me with a brand new item that just arrived. Great customer service and prompt feedback. This company knows how to deal with their customers. 5 star service. Thanks again for the replacement guys , my partner and I couldn’t be happier.
