A current pair developed a Crack in the lens, upon costa review they determine it was not a warranty issue at just under a year in. Quality is poorer than we have ever seen, the warranty is worthless will never by another pair again

GBinitially nice pair of 600$… initially nice pair of 600$ prescription sunglasses. 15 months after purchase - of course 1 yr warranty, the rubber nose cushion falls off. what do you know - no replacements available on sunglasses less than 2 years old. so what do i get? a 50% off coupon to buy another pair like that would make sense? before you purchase i would check to see if they have any replacements available. if not maybe look somewhere else ... disappointing

GBWas having an issue ordering using the… Was having an issue ordering using the coupon code I had received back on 4/8/24 or so. Called customer service, the lady was very personable and helpful. Too bad all customer service people can't be as good. Lovin my new pair

GBI've been a Costa customer for years I've been a Costa customer for years. I purchased more pairs than I can remember. On 8/1/2019 I bought another pair. The lens developed a small crack, and the rubber nose piece and both earpieces are coming off. In the past, they fixed or replaced my glasses without hassle. NOW, they refuse to honor their lifetime warranty as stated when I bought them. New ownership is to blame here. Looking elsewhere for my new glasses!

GBPerfect Fit and Durable I have 6 pairs of Rinconcitos and love them….obviously. I have a fairly narrow face and the fit is perfect for my features. The durability of Costa products is impressive as I’m rough on mine and have had no issues.
