GBinitially nice pair of 600$… initially nice pair of 600$ prescription sunglasses. 15 months after purchase - of course 1 yr warranty, the rubber nose cushion falls off. what do you know - no replacements available on sunglasses less than 2 years old. so what do i get? a 50% off coupon to buy another pair like that would make sense? before you purchase i would check to see if they have any replacements available. if not maybe look somewhere else ... disappointing

GBGreat customer service is hard to find! Really awesome customer service! Broke a lens two months after purchase due to a drop. Offered to repair but I asked to see if they would give me a discount on new purchase and they did. They were very kind, courteous and prompt getting my situation resolved and making me happy. One other thing is that I never had to have a phone conversation with someone I could not understand from somewhere out of the country. Thanks Costa!!

GBSunglasses warranty I had a pair of sunglasses that were less than 1 year old. They broke. I contacted Costa customer service repairs and they sent me a new pair of glasses! They are the best company with great warranty. Super happy and satisfied with them!

GBThe price discount was the primary… The price discount was the primary reason I purchased at the time. Everyone knows the quality of Costa, but some can't afford the cost. A discount or sale helps and may bring you more customers! The service was excellent, quick and shipment was actually to me earlier than stated.

GBPerfect Fit and Durable I have 6 pairs of Rinconcitos and love them….obviously. I have a fairly narrow face and the fit is perfect for my features. The durability of Costa products is impressive as I’m rough on mine and have had no issues.
