Great customer service is hard to find! Really awesome customer service! Broke a lens two months after purchase due to a drop. Offered to repair but I asked to see if they would give me a discount on new purchase and they did. They were very kind, courteous and prompt getting my situation resolved and making me happy. One other thing is that I never had to have a phone conversation with someone I could not understand from somewhere out of the country. Thanks Costa!!

Unparalleled Customer Service The initial experience was a bit rocky, but the customer service response was unparalleled ultimately ending with a good experience. I received a 50% off coupon for any inconveniences and ended up with a different style frame due to the ones I was filing a claim on no longer being available. While looking for the new frames, I saw another pair I liked and ended up purchasing a second pair. I received my new glasses (from the claim) free of charge about 2 weeks after the claim was filed. I have several pair of Costa glasses and will continue to do business with them because they ALWAYS make things right and I feel like they offer a well-made product. Sunglasses warranty I had a pair of sunglasses that were less than 1 year old. They broke. I contacted Costa customer service repairs and they sent me a new pair of glasses! They are the best company with great warranty. Super happy and satisfied with them!

Great company and product Great experience except after check out completed I saw glasses at a reduced price after my transaction was complete $269.00 is what I paid and sale was $202.00 little disappointed with that. Other than that experience was great it’s a second pair I’ve purchased as the product is worth it .
