GBI've been a Costa customer for years I've been a Costa customer for years. I purchased more pairs than I can remember. On 8/1/2019 I bought another pair. The lens developed a small crack, and the rubber nose piece and both earpieces are coming off. In the past, they fixed or replaced my glasses without hassle. NOW, they refuse to honor their lifetime warranty as stated when I bought them. New ownership is to blame here. Looking elsewhere for my new glasses!

GBAbsolutely stunning The Glasses came quick, the packaging was great, the sunglasses were beyond beautiful. The blue tint is gorgeous. They fit head perfectly, not lose, but nice and form to the head so they do not slip off yet super comfortable.

GBGreat company and product Great experience except after check out completed I saw glasses at a reduced price after my transaction was complete $269.00 is what I paid and sale was $202.00 little disappointed with that. Other than that experience was great it’s a second pair I’ve purchased as the product is worth it .

GBGreat customer service is hard to find! Really awesome customer service! Broke a lens two months after purchase due to a drop. Offered to repair but I asked to see if they would give me a discount on new purchase and they did. They were very kind, courteous and prompt getting my situation resolved and making me happy. One other thing is that I never had to have a phone conversation with someone I could not understand from somewhere out of the country. Thanks Costa!!
