G3 Mini EDC Multi Keychain Tool I own several products from the brand. All are made of high quality materials and are excellently made. The finish is at a very high level and apparently the quality has been raised to a cult. Even the cases and hand straps are excellent unlike other companies. G3 Mini EDC Multi Keychain Tool is a nice souvenir and a good gift for anyone. I have a serious remark only about the intermediary company-supplier. They delay and make the delivery more expensive by making it go through customs and having to fill out customs papers and paying extra fees. This is not the case with other companies in the industry. Change your courier company for Bulgaria.

My light broken after 5 month of use… My light broken after 5 month of use (X3 OWL). I communicate Wuben team and they helped to me really quickly. I have sended video of problem and Wuben team just shipped a replacement. Quick and professional communication. Replasment received really quickly. About 7 days. I like my OWL X3. Great flashlight. Why broken I don't know, but Wuben team are professionals and ready to help.

Wonderful customer experience I purchased the Wuben x3 white and I can't say enough how much I love this flash light. A couple of days after purchasing, I thought the charger had broke, but after talking with Zheng Runyu I came to the conclusion it was my own personal charging cable not the product.
