NLGreat customer service, just slow delivery times My light didn't work, about every day or every other day we had correspondence and I had to provide video evidence for their troubleshooting methods, and then they just shipped a replacement. Hassle-free. It's just that the replacement shipping seems to be of lower priority so it took quite a while to come in. Anywhere from 15-30 days. I got mine in about 20.

LVMy light broken after 5 month of use… My light broken after 5 month of use (X3 OWL). I communicate Wuben team and they helped to me really quickly. I have sended video of problem and Wuben team just shipped a replacement. Quick and professional communication. Replasment received really quickly. About 7 days. I like my OWL X3. Great flashlight. Why broken I don't know, but Wuben team are professionals and ready to help.

CAHad an issue with my KnightX0 Had an issue with my KnightX0. Ava from CS was able to send a replacement. Took a while due to Chinese New year but other than that great overall experience and love the light!

GBLightok X3 I order a Lightok X3 Owl EDC Flashlight and it was sent to the wrong address somehow but when i email Wuben they resolve that quickly and took care of the shipping fee as well really good customer service and great site to order from.
