GBProgressive pair and computer pair, both perfect I was able to design both of my pairs of glasses exactly the way I wanted them 1 pair was a Progressive lens with Transitions addition and my other pair is a single vision computer glasses. Both were perfect and I am completely happy with them. With the discounts applied they were less expensive for both pairs than the Warby Parker single pair I got 2 years ago and cheaper then the in-network pair I got before that

GBSign-in for a created account is… Sign-in for a created account is awkward to locate. Should be visibly available without guessing. A more user friendly web page. Search parameters are too general and any specific search doesn't appear to match the parameters set by the search with no helpful hints as to how the search should be worded.

GBTerrible. Completely unprofessional, employees clearly have no idea what they are doing. Took two weeks to not only lose my prescription, but lose any record that I had paid for ANYTHING, and then had the audacity to tell me all I could do was "wait for the sales audit team to figure it out"? Totally unacceptable, avoid these scammers.

GBAn Actual Scam My experience details the office of Kathryn Thomas. I would urge nobody come here if you can help it. The doctor will actually charge YOU $25 for THEM being behind if you’d like to reschedule. It’s absolute nonsense but they say their rescheduling policy is strict. If you can’t wait for for over an hour past your appointment, head elsewhere. If they’re behind, you will pay to reschedule.
