GBGreat customer service The chat feature was easy to use and the customer service representative was able to help me get the replacement parts I needed ordered. So far I have really liked the Tommee Tippee products, from the bottles, to the double breast pump, and the service! I just wish there was an option to order additional breast pumps parts, like the body, horn, cup, etc, so that when I’m washing and sanitizing 1set, I can use the backup set. I don’t want to have to buy a whole extra double breast pump set, as the motor works for multiple uses before it needs to be charged.

GBContacted company bcus I needed… Contacted company bcus I needed replacement spouts. Lol. Lady said she'd be happy to send new cups bcus the spouts are not sold individually. I got an order confirmation, never received any cups. Switched my kid to a different brand because I can't replace the spouts. Not sure of the exact date of interaction but you keep sending me emails asking me to review my experience so...

GBReached out via Facebook messenger and… Reached out via Facebook messenger and I was contacted within the hour about my issue. Some replacement nipples I had recently purchased began yellowing. Michelle, who I was chatting with, was able to replace the nipples that were affected. I really enjoy Tommee Tippee products and the customer service was good to me too. Thank you!

CATook way too long to get a response… Took way too long to get a response from customer service team, probably 2 weeks . Should be a live chat for help. We ended up trashing out item. Edit:22/12/2022 customer service reached out and explained what the issue was , and offered a satisfactory resolution which we accepted. They have redeemed themselves in my eyes and have not lost the customer.thanks TT
