I run a daycare in California and I wrote to the company on Facebook Messenger (after I searched the internet and Amazon for replacement valves for the insulated Sportee Cups) I could not find them anywhere so I would just buy new cups. a awesome guy named Ben wrote me and said that he had sent me some.. so happy!!! I got an order confirmation, never received any cups. Switched my kid to a different brand because I can't replace the spouts. Excellent Customer Satisfaction I reached out to Tommee Tippee because my cups were leaking and I needed new valves. I was unable to order valve replacements on the website, so reached out to customer service. Customer service was quick and responsive. They sent me new valves free of charge. Very pleased with overall experience.
