GBDid not help Everybody was very nice. Your site says if you needed additional adapters for your pump and go pouches to contact Tommee Tippee. When I finally got on the phone with Tommee Tippee they said I had to get ahold of the seller I bought through. Unfortunately, I still have not gotten an answer to where I can additional small adapter ring for my medella pump.

GBTommee Tippee (North America) is AWESOME! Tommee Tippee (North America) is amazing! I run a daycare in California and I wrote to the company on Facebook Messenger (after I searched the internet and Amazon for replacement valves for the insulated Sportee Cups) I could not find them anywhere so I would just buy new cups. a awesome guy named Ben wrote me and said that he had sent me some.. so happy!!! GBAwful chat experience Awful chat experience. Repeated the same information multiple times to the agent. Spent 30 min to accept basic information and it was insulting that agent wasn’t engaging or paying attention. Then he told me just got to Amazon rep instead. Product was faulty and leaked and was looking for a replacement warranty. Have transcript emailed to me bc of how bad it was.
