USperfect customer service I could not say enough good things about the person I talked to through Facebook messenger! Awa was the kindest and always kept me updated in the time I was waiting for a response, they met ever need and answered all of my questions and helped me with getting the perfect bottles for my little one! I’m very excited to share with everyone how amazing this company is to be in contact with and I can not wait to try out my new bottles!

USTommee Tippee (North America) is AWESOME! Tommee Tippee (North America) is amazing! I run a daycare in California and I wrote to the company on Facebook Messenger (after I searched the internet and Amazon for replacement valves for the insulated Sportee Cups) I could not find them anywhere so I would just buy new cups. a awesome guy named Ben wrote me and said that he had sent me some.. so happy!!! CATook way too long to get a response… Took way too long to get a response from customer service team, probably 2 weeks . Should be a live chat for help. We ended up trashing out item. Edit:22/12/2022 customer service reached out and explained what the issue was , and offered a satisfactory resolution which we accepted. They have redeemed themselves in my eyes and have not lost the customer.thanks TT

I got an order confirmation, never received any cups. Switched my kid to a different brand because I can't replace the spouts.
