Breast Pump Adapters The breast pump adapters contained in the kit has 3 different sizes (1each). Well as you know women have 2 breasts and actually need 2 adapters that fit their pump. I looked online to buy a second adapter that fits my pump. The website says to call the customer service number. The number requested my address and info like I was going to be able to receive a second adapter. Only for me to receive an email minutes later saying additional adapters are not available. The company already knows additional adapters are not available. So we are calling and providing our personal info for what exactly? Terrible process that needs adjusting!

I got an order confirmation, never received any cups. Switched my kid to a different brand because I can't replace the spouts. Took way too long to get a response… Took way too long to get a response from customer service team, probably 2 weeks . Should be a live chat for help. We ended up trashing out item. Edit:22/12/2022 customer service reached out and explained what the issue was , and offered a satisfactory resolution which we accepted. They have redeemed themselves in my eyes and have not lost the customer.thanks TT
