As first-time parents, we were looking for a tranquil shopping experience, and Tommee Tippee certainly delivered just that. From the moment we walked in, the store exuded a serene ambiance. The soft lighting, gentle music, and tasteful displays created a comforting atmosphere, making us feel at ease while browsing through their carefully curated selection. One thing that leaves me dissatisfied is the pricing. It's a really expensive place, so I recommend calculating everything carefully before making a purchase. Thanks for your work!

Buyer beware My wireless in-bra pump damaged my skin and customer support had me send them info for a refund to be issued and to be able to return the product. They waited over a week only to offer a different horn size but I’ve already lost my supply from waiting on them. I’m stuck with a pump that can’t be used and lost the ability to provide breast milk for my baby when I went back to work. Worst experience ever

Very helpful & wonderful customer service The representative that helped me was reliable, honest, totally AWESOME, and more helpful than most people I’ve dealt with in my life. I used Tommee Tippee products for my son who is now two, and am using the same products and even expanding to more Tommee Tippee products with my new son who will arrive in July. There was a day when my son was a month old and we couldn’t figure out what to do about his colic, so we went to the store and bought 20 different pacifiers. Among those were the Day and Night pacifiers, and they were the ONLY ones that worked!!! Tommee Tippee is our ride or die!

Got a reply from tommee tippee saying they texted me and sent a replacement? However what they are replacing and who they texted is a mystery- guess it’s just an automatic response -
