GBDid not help Everybody was very nice. Your site says if you needed additional adapters for your pump and go pouches to contact Tommee Tippee. When I finally got on the phone with Tommee Tippee they said I had to get ahold of the seller I bought through. Unfortunately, I still have not gotten an answer to where I can additional small adapter ring for my medella pump.

GBExcellent Customer Satisfaction I reached out to Tommee Tippee because my cups were leaking and I needed new valves. I was unable to order valve replacements on the website, so reached out to customer service. Customer service was quick and responsive. They sent me new valves free of charge. Very pleased with overall experience.

GBContacted company bcus I needed… Contacted company bcus I needed replacement spouts. Lol. Lady said she'd be happy to send new cups bcus the spouts are not sold individually. I got an order confirmation, never received any cups. Switched my kid to a different brand because I can't replace the spouts. Not sure of the exact date of interaction but you keep sending me emails asking me to review my experience so...

CATook way too long to get a response… Took way too long to get a response from customer service team, probably 2 weeks . Should be a live chat for help. We ended up trashing out item. Edit:22/12/2022 customer service reached out and explained what the issue was , and offered a satisfactory resolution which we accepted. They have redeemed themselves in my eyes and have not lost the customer.thanks TT

GBperfect customer service I could not say enough good things about the person I talked to through Facebook messenger! Awa was the kindest and always kept me updated in the time I was waiting for a response, they met ever need and answered all of my questions and helped me with getting the perfect bottles for my little one!
