USDid not help Everybody was very nice. Your site says if you needed additional adapters for your pump and go pouches to contact Tommee Tippee. When I finally got on the phone with Tommee Tippee they said I had to get ahold of the seller I bought through. Unfortunately, I still have not gotten an answer to where I can additional small adapter ring for my medella pump.

USReached out via Facebook messenger and… Reached out via Facebook messenger and I was contacted within the hour about my issue. Some replacement nipples I had recently purchased began yellowing. Michelle, who I was chatting with, was able to replace the nipples that were affected. I really enjoy Tommee Tippee products and the customer service was good to me too. Thank you!

USExcellent Customer Satisfaction I reached out to Tommee Tippee because my cups were leaking and I needed new valves. I was unable to order valve replacements on the website, so reached out to customer service. Customer service was quick and responsive. They sent me new valves free of charge. Very pleased with overall experience.

CAAs of March 31 we have spent well over… As of March 31 we have spent well over a month waiting for our warranty replacement bottles to arrive. Even after we confirmed our address they managed to ship our bottles to the wrong address. Now they have supposedly sent us replacements again, with express shipping but that was over a week ago. Still nothing, no tracking number, no real way of knowing if anything was ever sent. We've now had to buy an entire new set from another brand due to the leaking being so bad. Lost our trust. Truly disappointed.
