USGreat customer service The chat feature was easy to use and the customer service representative was able to help me get the replacement parts I needed ordered. So far I have really liked the Tommee Tippee products, from the bottles, to the double breast pump, and the service! I just wish there was an option to order additional breast pumps parts, like the body, horn, cup, etc, so that when I’m washing and sanitizing 1set, I can use the backup set. I don’t want to have to buy a whole extra double breast pump set, as the motor works for multiple uses before it needs to be charged.

CAI’m pretty sure the support team is a poorly written AI. I’m pretty sure the support team is a poorly written AI. The first question was to ask me things which were on the initial request form. Then the “person” said they’d look into it, and ghosted me. From there, they tried to close the ticket saying I didn’t provide info. I asked for clarification, as the ticket was held on their end as they investigated, and they just resent the message again as is. Now it appears that they’ve just gone and closed the ticket with no resolution.

USBreast Pump Adapters The breast pump adapters contained in the kit has 3 different sizes (1each). Well as you know women have 2 breasts and actually need 2 adapters that fit their pump. I looked online to buy a second adapter that fits my pump. The website says to call the customer service number. The number requested my address and info like I was going to be able to receive a second adapter. Only for me to receive an email minutes later saying additional adapters are not available. The company already knows additional adapters are not available. So we are calling and providing our personal info for what exactly? Terrible process that needs adjusting!

USSo helpful and knowledgeable I hope his name was Ben… sorry I didn’t catch his name but He was absolutely the sweetest helped me see the “issues” with my recent purchases and assured me we would get a solution and I think we certainly did. If not I learned something new that I didn’t know before. He seems like a great employee and person who genuinely cares! Thank you for making my night!

USAwful chat experience Awful chat experience. Repeated the same information multiple times to the agent. Spent 30 min to accept basic information and it was insulting that agent wasn’t engaging or paying attention. Then he told me just got to Amazon rep instead. Product was faulty and leaked and was looking for a replacement warranty. Have transcript emailed to me bc of how bad it was.
