GBExcellent technical support and advice I have been in touch with Matki technical support department on a few occasions. They have always been responsive and helpful on all matters. On this occasion assistance to resolve shower door mechanism was extremely prompt and helpful. Even offering telephone assistance should our handyman require it. First class company to deal with.

GBWe’ve had two Matki showers installed… We’ve had two Matki showers installed over a eight year period and both have leaked in the same place…the first one caused considerable damage to the underfloor area. The second one has now started leaking thru the grout in the tiling adjacent to the shower right hand pillar. Everything is sealed in the area but it still leaks…I’ve now got to find a installer who will look at the problem…the original installer is no longer around. Please help Matki

GBExcellent customer service We recently had a Matki shower door fitted to replace an existing door. They did an excellent job and left us with a bottle of cleaner and a cloth to maintain the glass. This has almost run out and I sent an email to the technical department to ask how to obtain a further bottle as it is an excellent product. I received a very prompt reply. Very satisfied with my experience with Matki.

GBBrace bars replaced. Needed a pair of brace bars replaced(flaking) so emailed tge relevant details and follow up proof of purchase. Brace bars sent priority post by Lucas & Technical support. Received them quick but realised I had received one wrong one L/H not R/H ( my mistake?) Re-emailed Lucas who immediately sent me another 2 braces. First class after sales service and shower enclosure. Great.
