Replacement seal for shower door Lucas From Technical Support was very helpful for me to get a bottom door seal for my shower (which is an old model). After establishing the correct seal he gave me a reference number, price and phone number to order the part. We’ve had two Matki showers installed… We’ve had two Matki showers installed over a eight year period and both have leaked in the same place…the first one caused considerable damage to the underfloor area. The second one has now started leaking thru the grout in the tiling adjacent to the shower right hand pillar. Everything is sealed in the area but it still leaks…I’ve now got to find a installer who will look at the problem…the original installer is no longer around. Please help Matki
