Excellent technical support and advice I have been in touch with Matki technical support department on a few occasions. They have always been responsive and helpful on all matters. On this occasion assistance to resolve shower door mechanism was extremely prompt and helpful. Even offering telephone assistance should our handyman require it. First class company to deal with.

We’ve had two Matki showers installed… We’ve had two Matki showers installed over a eight year period and both have leaked in the same place…the first one caused considerable damage to the underfloor area. The second one has now started leaking thru the grout in the tiling adjacent to the shower right hand pillar. Everything is sealed in the area but it still leaks…I’ve now got to find a installer who will look at the problem…the original installer is no longer around. Please help Matki

Phone call to arrival in 2 days Following 15 years of use, our Matki shower required a new valve (and service kit). It was not in stock, but the manufacturer supplied, having tested the part. The order was telephoned on Monday afternoon and arrived on Wednesday morning. Our amazing shower is back in full working order again ! Thank you Cameron and Matki for this exceptional service!
