GBMatki Technical Support I called Matki for technical support in connection with a problem that had developed with our Matki Elixir EX28 Shower. I can only describe my customer experience as superb, in fact one of the best customer service experiences I've had in my entire life - and I'm a wrinkly! The technical support person I spoke with, Esme, listened intently to understand the problem, asking relevant questions. Esme then followed through by providing a costed solution. Replacement parts ordered and paid for over the telephone and confirmed by follow-up email. Parts being dispatched as an urgent action. Brilliant! I could not ask for more.

GBBrilliant customer service I have a 7 year old Matki One Quintesse shower enclosure and a few of the seals were a litttle worn and tired looking. I emailed Matki and they very generously sent me a selection of seals that have enabled me to get the shower looking as good as new. I'm most impressed with the excellent customer service.

GBGreat service with correct parts Alan Wilson of Matki's service operation came and completed a service (first since installation 10 years ago) Excellent that a product of that age still had all required parts at hand. Quick and skilled update means that £470.00 was well spent. En-suite left clean and tidy and explanation of what had been done together with advice on keeping drain clear was valued. Will use again on second Matki shower when needed
