Liquid Lux... My first purchase with UDARELY was a beautiful success. I ordered 2 of their gorgeous ‘Cupid’s Glasses’ as well as their matching 3 set ‘Cupid Bowls’ for Valentine's Day and they were just as spectacular as advertised. They have such stunning glassware and I am already excited to add more of their artistic pieces to add to our creative bar collection. Thank you so much for this magic:)

So happy I couldn’t ask for more!! After receiving two of my orders slightly damaged, they were so helpful and understanding. I wrote an email regarding each order, and explaining the issues, with images of the damage. They were apologetic and have provided replacements ASAP, they’re on their way as we speak. They were quick to respond and had everything sorted within 12 hours of my emails. I couldn’t have asked for better costumer service.

Brilliant service. We ordered 12 champagne flutes and 12 skull glasses pre-Christmas. The glasses arrived quickly in various parcels promptly. Even though packaging could not be better one of the champagne flutes had a tiny crack inside, maybe from production. I informed Udarely of this and they answered my email immediately. I was sent a new flute accompanied with a complimentary flute for my trouble. We thoroughly recommend Udarely, not only for their fantastic products but also the fast delivery, swift customer service and problem solving.

reaction to inconvenience I bought 4 glasses as a birthday present for a friend who had dreamed of them for a long time. The glasses arrived on time and the quality of glass packaging does not leave the possibility of damage to the glasses during transportation. However, it turned out that 3 of 4 glasses came with defects ... ( I contacted Udarely team and received a quick response with a proposal for a solution to this problem, which completely satisfied me. PS. Thanks again to Udarely team for exceptional quality service

Ordered this 7 weeks ago to give as… Ordered this 7 weeks ago to give as Christmas gifts, well within the recommended time frame on the site. For the price, the company should have ensured a high quality delivery, but used local courier and it is still somewhere en route with no updated tracking available. Customer service is no help and also “surprised it hasn’t arrived yet.” 3 sets of mugs at a whopping $80 per and it’s wasted this Christmas. Do not recommend.
