I became a fan I bought 10 glasses. The product was of very satisfying quality. When the package arrived, unfortunately one glass was broken, even though it was well packed. Since it is an international mail, I think that such an unfortunate accident is unavoidable. I attached a photo to the support and told them that the glass was damaged, and on the same day I received a polite reply and was able to arrange a replacement product. With a gift of apology! I'm Japanese, but I don't think there are many Japanese companies that provide such great support. I highly recommend it.

Alas mugs Ordered the Alas mugs. Beautiful mugs. Looks exactly as on the website. Really happy with my purchase. The customer service was also excellent and very responsive to my questions concerning the delivery. The only downside was the wait, shipping to Europe took 39 days.

reaction to inconvenience I bought 4 glasses as a birthday present for a friend who had dreamed of them for a long time. The glasses arrived on time and the quality of glass packaging does not leave the possibility of damage to the glasses during transportation. However, it turned out that 3 of 4 glasses came with defects ...
