Liquid Lux... My first purchase with UDARELY was a beautiful success. I ordered 2 of their gorgeous ‘Cupid’s Glasses’ as well as their matching 3 set ‘Cupid Bowls’ for Valentine's Day and they were just as spectacular as advertised. Absolutely superb Absolutely superb and quirky glasses. I have bought the stainless steel wine goblets, gold topped tumblers, copper Moscow Mule beakers and stainless steel champagne flutes - and I’ve not finished as the products are amazing. I’ve recommended Udarely to friends and family. The after sales service is also excellent.

I became a fan I bought 10 glasses. The product was of very satisfying quality. When the package arrived, unfortunately one glass was broken, even though it was well packed. Since it is an international mail, I think that such an unfortunate accident is unavoidable. I attached a photo to the support and told them that the glass was damaged, and on the same day I received a polite reply and was able to arrange a replacement product. With a gift of apology! I'm Japanese, but I don't think there are many Japanese companies that provide such great support. I highly recommend it.

Brilliant service. We ordered 12 champagne flutes and 12 skull glasses pre-Christmas. The glasses arrived quickly in various parcels promptly. Even though packaging could not be better one of the champagne flutes had a tiny crack inside, maybe from production. I informed Udarely of this and they answered my email immediately. I was sent a new flute accompanied with a complimentary flute for my trouble. We thoroughly recommend Udarely, not only for their fantastic products but also the fast delivery, swift customer service and problem solving.

Definitely recommend! I had a great experience with this brand. My first order was not successfully delivered due to an issue with the local post office. UDARELY customer service promptly dispatched another set and were available to answer my questions along the way. When the items finally arrived, one broke almost right away - I think the glass was a bit too thin on that piece - and they sent another two as a replacement. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. I also love the pieces I bought; I'd been eyeing them for months and was so glad I went for it.
