Brilliant service. We ordered 12 champagne flutes and 12 skull glasses pre-Christmas. The glasses arrived quickly in various parcels promptly. Even though packaging could not be better one of the champagne flutes had a tiny crack inside, maybe from production. I informed Udarely of this and they answered my email immediately. I was sent a new flute accompanied with a complimentary flute for my trouble. We thoroughly recommend Udarely, not only for their fantastic products but also the fast delivery, swift customer service and problem solving.

So happy I couldn’t ask for more!! After receiving two of my orders slightly damaged, they were so helpful and understanding. I wrote an email regarding each order, and explaining the issues, with images of the damage. They were apologetic and have provided replacements ASAP, they’re on their way as we speak. They were quick to respond and had everything sorted within 12 hours of my emails. I couldn’t have asked for better costumer service.

Ordered this 7 weeks ago to give as… Ordered this 7 weeks ago to give as Christmas gifts, well within the recommended time frame on the site. For the price, the company should have ensured a high quality delivery, but used local courier and it is still somewhere en route with no updated tracking available. Customer service is no help and also “surprised it hasn’t arrived yet.” 3 sets of mugs at a whopping $80 per and it’s wasted this Christmas. Do not recommend.

Alas mugs Ordered the Alas mugs. Beautiful mugs. Looks exactly as on the website. Really happy with my purchase. The customer service was also excellent and very responsive to my questions concerning the delivery. The only downside was the wait, shipping to Europe took 39 days.

Absolutely love my new skull glasses! Blown away by their customer service! Everything from the package delivery updates, to the careful packaging, to the quick responses and kind comments via Instagram DM - everything was seamless. And the skull glasses I bought were even more beautiful in person than the photos! I also love that they can hold hot drinks as well - they look so cool with wine or coffee - not many designs can do both! I can't wait to purchase more beautiful glassware
