Generosity of udarely by manufacturing defect I ordered several fire double walled cups and one had a manufacturing defect. I reported this to the company immediately. I received a reply the following day with the message that they will replace this cup and due to the circumstances, give me another cup as a gift. Thank you again for your generosity! This is really not self-evident. I am already looking forward to making further purchases from udarely.

I became a fan I bought 10 glasses. The product was of very satisfying quality. When the package arrived, unfortunately one glass was broken, even though it was well packed. Since it is an international mail, I think that such an unfortunate accident is unavoidable. I attached a photo to the support and told them that the glass was damaged, and on the same day I received a polite reply and was able to arrange a replacement product. With a gift of apology! I'm Japanese, but I don't think there are many Japanese companies that provide such great support. I highly recommend it.

I really liked the dishes I ordered I really liked the dishes I ordered. It is not only easy to use, but also very beautiful. It can be used as decoration in your home.

Brilliant service. We ordered 12 champagne flutes and 12 skull glasses pre-Christmas. The glasses arrived quickly in various parcels promptly. Even though packaging could not be better one of the champagne flutes had a tiny crack inside, maybe from production. I informed Udarely of this and they answered my email immediately. I was sent a new flute accompanied with a complimentary flute for my trouble. We thoroughly recommend Udarely, not only for their fantastic products but also the fast delivery, swift customer service and problem solving.

Absolutely love my new skull glasses! Blown away by their customer service! Everything from the package delivery updates, to the careful packaging, to the quick responses and kind comments via Instagram DM - everything was seamless. And the skull glasses I bought were even more beautiful in person than the photos! I also love that they can hold hot drinks as well - they look so cool with wine or coffee - not many designs can do both! I can't wait to purchase more beautiful glassware
