I wrote an email regarding each order, and explaining the issues, with images of the damage. They were apologetic and have provided replacements ASAP, they’re on their way as we speak. Generosity of udarely by manufacturing defect I ordered several fire double walled cups and one had a manufacturing defect. I reported this to the company immediately. I received a reply the following day with the message that they will replace this cup and due to the circumstances, give me another cup as a gift. Thank you again for your generosity!
