Liquid Lux... My first purchase with UDARELY was a beautiful success. I ordered 2 of their gorgeous ‘Cupid’s Glasses’ as well as their matching 3 set ‘Cupid Bowls’ for Valentine's Day and they were just as spectacular as advertised. Glass Broke - Got replacement I ordered two of the aquamarine glasses and even though they took a bit to get to me (about 2 weeks) they came in perfect condition. After a few uses (over 2 days, hand washed only) one was set down on a table and shattered. It wasn't set down hard, but it still was a bummer it broke. I emailed customer support, and Steven replied to me in a timely manner and offered to send me 2 new glasses. One to replace the broken one, and the other as an apology gift. He has been so helpful during this experience and went above and beyond to correct what happened. It made me feel appreciated; even though this experience happened, they still earned their 5 stars

Great Customer Service Udarely sent the wrong set of cups, but quickly corrected the issue by sending out the correct ones immediately and letting me keep the others. They took care of things quickly and made it right. Great customer service by Udarely, makes me confident to purchase from again!
