Brilliant service. We ordered 12 champagne flutes and 12 skull glasses pre-Christmas. The glasses arrived quickly in various parcels promptly. Even though packaging could not be better one of the champagne flutes had a tiny crack inside, maybe from production. I informed Udarely of this and they answered my email immediately. I was sent a new flute accompanied with a complimentary flute for my trouble. We thoroughly recommend Udarely, not only for their fantastic products but also the fast delivery, swift customer service and problem solving.

Definitely recommend! I had a great experience with this brand. My first order was not successfully delivered due to an issue with the local post office. UDARELY customer service promptly dispatched another set and were available to answer my questions along the way. When the items finally arrived, one broke almost right away - I think the glass was a bit too thin on that piece - and they sent another two as a replacement. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. I also love the pieces I bought; I'd been eyeing them for months and was so glad I went for it.

Has been over a month. #29977 – received in a plastic bag which as expected contents delivered broken. Sent emails for both orders and only received auto generated response 2 days ago. Please respond ASAP.

Absolutely love my new skull glasses! Blown away by their customer service! Everything from the package delivery updates, to the careful packaging, to the quick responses and kind comments via Instagram DM - everything was seamless. And the skull glasses I bought were even more beautiful in person than the photos! I also love that they can hold hot drinks as well - they look so cool with wine or coffee - not many designs can do both! I can't wait to purchase more beautiful glassware
