I found a glass with a small manufacturing defect, I contacted after sales and immediate response. very kind and they sent me two new glasses in 10 days. unbeatable. The glasses are very nice. I was pleasantly surprised.

CAAccommodating and very easy process - Bought the 6lg skull glasses set + skull shot glass set for a gift. - Out of the 12, 1 was chipped upon arrival. - explained the situation and sent them a picture - very accommodating and quick with their responses. - have been issued 2 replacements, 1 to replace the chipped cup, and the other as a complimentary gift to make up for the fact that the initial cup was chipped - by far the best customer service ever!! Giving me an extra cup just goes to show how much they value their customers and not just sale-focused. Preface: I work at retail and I’ve done my fair share of communicating online about items I’ve purchased so I think I’ve enough foundation to base my comment Will definitely come back for future gifts!!

CHGenerosity of udarely by manufacturing defect I ordered several fire double walled cups and one had a manufacturing defect. I reported this to the company immediately. I received a reply the following day with the message that they will replace this cup and due to the circumstances, give me another cup as a gift. Thank you again for your generosity! This is really not self-evident. I am already looking forward to making further purchases from udarely.
